Garage Door Doctor in Houston, TX seeks a hands-on technician to diagnose, repair and install garage door systems. This is physical work in hot or cold garages, not a sales job; selling is required for pay, as commissions apply.

You'll handle springs, cables, rollers, openers and motors, lift 75+ lbs, and work from first call to final installation. Training provided and career growth is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+, valid license, 3+ years driving record.
• Able to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, work in extreme temps.
• Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools.
• No sales experience required; we teach sales.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair garage door systems on-site.
• Install springs, cables, rollers, openers, motors.
• Talk to homeowners professionally and close repairs (commission-based).
• Maintain safety and quality in all tasks.
