A1 Garage Door Service is seeking a hands-on technician to diagnose, repair, and install garage door components in a fast-paced setting. You will talk to homeowners with professionalism and perform the work yourself.

The position is commission-based with uncapped earnings; a company vehicle, tools, weekly pay, and paid training are provided. No garage door experience is required—we teach sales and growth, with a clear path toward six figures over time.

Qualifications

• 21+, valid license
• 3+ years driving record
• Can lift 75 lbs, bend, climb, kneel, work in extreme temps
• Some hands-on mechanical experience with tools
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug test
• No sales experience required; we teach sales

Responsibilities

• Repair and install garage door components (springs, cables, rollers, openers, motors)
• Talk to homeowners professionally and diagnose issues
• Work hands-on from first call to last
• Maintain safety and quality while meeting schedule
