You'll be paid on commission with base pay earned through successful homeowner approvals; uncapped earnings potential and a structured training path, including six weeks of training and a graduation bonus, plus a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• 21+, valid license, 3+ years driving record
• Can lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, work in extreme temps, regularly
• Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools (home services, auto shops, hospitality, DIY projects, etc.)
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, drug test (THC excluded) and driving record
• Basic tech comfort (apps, tablets); reading/math for measurements and payments
• No sales experience required, we teach that
