Job summary

A1 Garage Door Service in Phoenix is seeking a hands-on technician to diagnose, repair and install garage door systems. You’ll work daily in hot garages, lift 75 lbs, and use your mechanical skills to fix springs, cables, rollers, openers, and motors.

This is a commission-based role where selling is part of the job; you’ll learn how to earn the homeowner’s trust, with uncapped earnings and a clear career path. We provide training, a company vehicle, benefits, and a Phoenix Academy experience.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driving record.
• Can lift 75 lbs., bend, kneel, climb ladders and work in extreme temps.
• Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair and install garage door components including springs, cables, rollers, openers and motors.
• Lifting 75+ lbs, bending and climbing ladders as part of daily work.
• Discuss repairs with homeowners and guide them to a trusted 'yes' for service.
