Qualifications

• 21+, valid license, 3+ years driving record
• Can lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, work in extreme temps, regularly
• Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools (home services, auto shops, DIY)
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, drug test (THC excluded) and driving record
• Basic tech comfort (apps, tablets); reading/math for measurements and payments
• No sales experience required, we teach that

Responsibilities

• Repair and install garage door components daily (springs, cables, rollers, openers, motors).
• Diagnose problems and communicate with homeowners professionally.
• Close sales to earn commissions; training provided.
• Lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures.
