Job summary

Century Garage Door Repair Service in Michigan seeks a hands-on Service Manager to oversee local operations and serve as lead technician in the field. You will supervise daily service activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and mentor technicians to perform at the highest level.

In this hands-on leadership role you will perform inspections and repairs when needed, coordinate scheduling and dispatch, upsell appropriate repairs, and uphold safety and company standards.

• Prior supervisory or management experience in a field service environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, dispatch, and multiple service priorities.

• Earn commission on eligible jobs personally sold and completed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Handle customer concerns and assist technicians with difficult service calls
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and safety standards
