MACOM is looking for a Senior RF MMIC Test Engineer to play a critical role in characterization and screening of high power, high frequency GaN MMICs. You will perform on‑wafer screening and new product test evaluation on a side array of HPA, Switch, and Multi‑function MMICs designed by MACOM’s industry‑leading design team as well as external customers through our foundry service.
This role requires experience in the test of RF MMIC circuits. Specifically, you will be performing on‑wafer probe testing of MACOM prototype circuits, low‑rate production circuits, and foundry designs from external customers across a wide range of power levels, frequencies, and applications. You will provide data analysis and reporting on the results. This role in a high‑mix lab where test stand reconfiguration is common, and you will be responsible for the setup, verification and tear down of test stands in order to accommodate a steady and varied flow products.
