Job description

Job Overview

Dave & Buster’s is a fast‑paced arcade entertainment venue. This role supports the maintenance and repair of games, simulators, and technical equipment throughout the Midway area. The successful candidate will also provide friendly, efficient service to guests, ensuring an excellent experience, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment.
• Assist guests with gameplay, repair needs, and general questions; greet guests on entering the Midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensuring proper ticket storage.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas; conduct inventory checks.
• Manage wait times, communicate information to guests, team members, and managers, and provide timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized Midway and tech room, including daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly maintenance activities.
• Report problems or unusual matters to the immediate supervisor and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist with general store maintenance and help other team members when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude; capable of smiling frequently.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Work on an extension ladder.
• Work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about the facility, stand for long periods, and lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
• Read and write handwritten notes.

Salary Range

$13.73 – $17.25 per hour.
