Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to support players and ensure a seamless gaming experience. You will handle inquiries about accounts, products, and services, and troubleshoot issues while managing inbound/outbound communications in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role requires 0-2 years in inbound support, a high school diploma, strong communication, and proficiency with Windows Office.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Flexibility with work schedule and ability to travel to the office for at least 50% of shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Camera-ready while working and able to work a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, tablets, and cell phones.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote company values.
• Maintain SLAs for chats and phone inquiries.
• Aim for 70 contacts daily and respond quickly within chat/phone SLAs.
