Qualifications

• 0–2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent experience; some college preferred.
• Flexibility with work schedule and hybrid office attendance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass an internet speed test and work a camera‑ready setup.
• Travel to the office for at least 50% of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with computer, tablet, and cell phone apps.
• Handle inbound calls, real‑time chat, emails, and outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback; maintain confidentiality.
• Stay updated on protocols and meet targets (70 contacts daily).
• Maintain SLAs for chats and phone inquiries in under 45 seconds.
