Qualifications

• 0–2 years inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test.
• Able to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.
• Must be camera-ready while working.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office programs; type at least 90 wpm.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication.
• Diligent with strong grammar and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote company values.
• Stay updated on protocols and work towards targets of 70 contacts daily.
• Maintain all SLA for chats and phone inquiries in under 45 seconds.
