Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a retail team, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will ensure outstanding guest service, manage scheduling, train associates, handle POS transactions, and coordinate omni-channel orders across the store.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail management experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of video games; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Excellent guest service and leadership skills are expected.

Responsibilities
