Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and guest experiences, and coach a retail team across multiple locations. You will model service excellence, manage onboarding, and ensure adherence to company policies while promoting promotions, loyalty programs, and a strong gaming knowledge culture.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1 year of retail management and at least 3 years in sales/leadership preferred. Gaming knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure store environment is neat, organized, and compliant with policies.
• Manage inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
