Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote selling behaviors during every interaction.
• Process guest purchases/returns via POS accurately and efficiently.
• Support the store environment, current promotions, and guest relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
• Supervise Sales Associates in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Protect company assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices.
