Job summary

GameStop in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist the store management team in executing daily store activities and delivering exceptional guest service. You will inform guests about promotions, manage trade-ins, and ensure the sales floor remains organized and stocked.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, processing transactions, supporting omnichannel orders, and safeguarding assets through loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities
