Job summary

GameStop Cincinnati is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead Sales Associates, drive sales through product knowledge, and ensure an inviting, well-organized store.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. On-site role with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months of retail management experience preferred; 2 years of retail sales/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote sales.
• Supervise Sales Associates in the absence of Store Manager.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll processes.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
