Job summary

GameStop in Natick, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations. You will drive sales by sharing product knowledge, ensure a clean, organized shopping environment, and grow guest loyalty through outstanding service.

You will supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is unavailable, training staff and upholding company policies while maintaining a strong sales culture.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or accredited bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service to every guest, greeting and assisting promptly.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive guest engagement.
• Supervise store team in absence of Store Manager and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising per guidelines.
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and cash handling with accuracy.
