PlayAGS, Inc. is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to support online operations with a focus on game deployment and cross‑environment configuration, plus Level 1 operational support.

You will work closely with DevOps, Engineering, and Account Managers to ensure timely game releases and smooth operator onboarding. The role requires strong problem solving, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage multiple deployments while coordinating with technical and non‑technical

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of configuration based systems.
• Previous iGaming experience within technical support.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and priorities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Configure and deploy games across multiple environments.
• Manage game setup parameters in back-office systems.
• Deploy new game and engine client versions.
• Perform rigorous testing prior to deployment.
• Coordinate release schedules with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Serve as Level 1 support and triage inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 with proper categorization.
• Capture operator requests in Jira and document in Confluence.
