Job summary

Megastar Casino, operated under the Chickasaw Nation, seeks an Operations Shift Supervisor on a full-time basis at our Mission facility. This role supervises Electronic Games employees on the designated shift, ensuring compliance with gaming rules and internal policies.

It also implements staffing and development plans to improve operations and growth. The position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to train staff while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year directly related experience
• High School, GED or Equivalent
• Pass gaming background check
• CN Core Leadership Level 1
• Gaming license or permit as required by position

Responsibilities

• Supervise Electronic Games staff on designated shift and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers and respond to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Complete all training and development requirements and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and promote a professional environment.
• Prepare shift reports and monitor staff performance to ensure goals are met.
