Job summary

The Chickasaw Nation is seeking a full-time Operations Shift Supervisor for MegaStar Casino. The role supervises Electronic Games staff on the designated shift, ensures compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies, and helps implement staffing and development plans to enhance departmental operations and growth.

Responsibilities include leading staff, resolving guest issues, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and producing shift reports.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1 year of directly related experience preferred.
Pass gaming background check required.
CN Core Leadership Level 1 and gaming license/permit as required.

Responsibilities

Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers and address inquiries, compliments, and complaints professionally.
Complete required training and participate in ongoing education opportunities.
Lead and support staff to ensure productivity and safety of the work area and customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Adhere to dress code standards and all applicable laws and policies.
Prepare shift reports and monitor staff performance; participate in candidate selection and task delegation.
Resolve guest complaints with reflective listening and appropriate financial resolution when needed.
Conduct audits and generate standard and ad hoc reports as required.
