Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall in Kentucky is seeking an experienced security leader to support daily operations on the gaming floor and related posts. You will work closely with the Director of Security to ensure safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction while managing labor costs.

The role involves budgeting support, policy enforcement, and staff training, with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
• Internal candidates must meet the Transfer and Promotion policy.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts (day, swing, late-night, weekends, holidays).
• Must obtain and maintain a Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Security daily to ensure efficiency of the Security Department.
• Manage scheduling to control labor costs while meeting staffing objectives and guest satisfaction.
• Develop, evaluate, enforce, review, and submit changes to operating procedures and policies.
• Assist in the annual budget process for security and safety initiatives.
• Train Security Supervisors and oversee investigations as needed.
