Job summary

Light & Wonder in Las Vegas is seeking a Network Engineer to operate and support our business-critical network and cloud systems, ensuring reliability and scalability. You will design, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, IP, and VoIP environments while guiding ticket workflows for incidents, services, and projects.

You will coordinate deployments with field teams, vendors, and customers, maintain dashboards, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

3+ years supporting a large enterprise network.
Cisco CCNA certification or relevant experience preferred.
Security+, Network+, A+ certifications preferred.
Experience managing service, incident, project, and change management tickets through Jira.
Experience coordinating across multiple teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Operates and supports the company’s network and cloud-based systems for reliability, performance, and scalability.
Designs, implements, monitors, and troubleshoots LAN/WAN, IP, and VoIP environments.
Manages tickets for service requests, incidents, projects, and changes.
Maintains monitoring dashboards, reports, and network health metrics.
Coordinates deployments, installations, and logistics for network and gaming tech.
Develops automation tools and supports project planning and execution.
Performs network maintenance, upgrades, and config changes as required.
Provides 24/7 on-call support on a rotation basis.
