Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Network Engineer to operate and support our enterprise network and cloud infrastructures. You will ensure reliability, performance, and scale across LAN/WAN, IP, and VoIP environments, with coordination of deployments, provisioning, and issue resolution.

You’ll manage tickets through Jira, monitor dashboards, and participate in on-call rotations, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to maintain service standards and implement improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years supporting a large enterprise network
Cisco CCNA certification or relevant experience
Experience with ticketing systems (Jira or similar) for service, incident, and project tickets
Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and NAT
Networking devices: switches, routers, firewalls; WAN/LAN
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Operates and supports network and cloud-based systems to ensure reliability and performance
Coordinates installation, provisioning, and deployment activities with customers and field teams
Maintains network monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports to track health and KPIs
Performs network maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes
Provides 24/7 on-call support on a rotation basis
Documents issues and resolutions and supports change management for projects
