Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Network Operations professional to support our enterprise network and cloud-based systems within the Gaming unit. You will design, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/IP/VoIP environments, manage tickets, and coordinate deployments with field service teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes reliability and performance, with on-call rotation and engagement in project planning to meet service levels and metrics. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting a large enterprise network.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Security+, Network+, or A+ certifications preferred.
• Experience managing service, incident, project, and change tickets via Jira.

Responsibilities

• Performs Tier II escalation troubleshooting for internal and external networks within LNW Gaming.
• Coordinates installation, provisioning, and deployment with customers and field teams.
• Manages Jira-based tickets and tracks progress on incidents and projects.
• Maintains network monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Performs routine WAN maintenance and configurations; supports on-call rotation.
