Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Network Specialist to operate and support our enterprise network and cloud-based systems for gaming operations in Las Vegas. The role focuses on reliability, performance, and scalability, handling WAN/LAN, IP, and VoIP environments while coordinating with vendors and teams on tickets, incidents, and changes.

You will maintain monitoring platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools, document issues, and support 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure service levels for gaming

Qualifications

Understand basic network architectures, protocols, and networking devices.
Configures and manages network devices.
Configures IPv4 and IPv6 addressing and subnetting.
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
Troubleshooting WAN/LAN issues across layers 1–4.

Responsibilities

Performs Tier II escalation troubleshooting and support for internal and external customer networks within the LNW Gaming network.
Coordinates installation, provisioning, scheduling, and deployment activities with customers and field service teams.
Maintains and supports the network monitoring system and dashboards.
Performs network maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.
