Job summary

Qualifications

• Friendly personality required. Must be comfortable initiating greetings and conversations.
• Experience handling money with accuracy in cash transactions.
• Ability to quickly learn pari-mutuel equipment, and gaming rules/regulations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on the gaming floor, building rapport with returning customers.
• Explain terminal operations, Winners Club benefits, and site amenities to guests.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues when possible.
• Accurately count and manage cash banks and transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and secure gaming area; pick up trash and tidy spills.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with wagering terminals and player tracking system.
