Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems seeks a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment at casino partners. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, perform preventative maintenance, and complete reports.

Travel within your territory, on-call rotation, and a flexible schedule are part of the role. A HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and basic AC/DC electronics and networking knowledge are required; gaming experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Experience in electronics/computer networking; gaming background is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain licenses through gaming jurisdictions where we operate.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot incidents quickly and escalate as needed.
• Manage inventory and parts for on-time service.
