Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair gaming equipment at client sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle service reports, and deliver exceptional customer service to casino operators and customers in your territory.

The role requires basic electronics and networking knowledge, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule. Travel to varying casino environments is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AGS products.
• Complete reports accurately and on time.
• Provide top-tier customer service to internal and external clients.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Follow safety protocols on site.
