Job summary

Konami Gaming, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Reno-based team. You will perform installation, repair, and conversion tasks on Konami gaming products, while providing on-site training and exceptional customer service. Travel up to 75% and on-call availability are required.

Applicants should have 2–5 years in technical field service, strong problem-solving skills, and a clean driving record. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus; gaming certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with software or hardware problem solving.
• Certification in Gaming-related field highly preferred.
• Must have a clean driver license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Installations and repairs of Konami gaming products within assigned territory.
• Assist with on-site training for customers on platform options and functionality.
• Complete service tickets accurately and promptly.
