Konami Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair and maintain Konami gaming products in assigned territories, with strong focus on customer service and on-site support. The role requires extensive travel, including evenings and weekends, and participation in on-site training and product rollouts.

Applicants should have 2–5 years of field service or related experience, electronics knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field service or related experience.
• Experience with gaming hardware/services preferred.
• Able to travel up to 75% of time.
• Must obtain and retain gaming licensure.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Install and repair Konami gaming products.
• Assist with installations, service calls, conversions, and PMs.
• Load and unload Konami equipment for delivery/installation.
• Complete service tickets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide on-site training to casino personnel on product features.
