Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and manage product implementations.
• Conduct regular onsite and virtual customer meetings; respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in systems.
• Support onsite customer projects with Project Management.
• Monitor usage data and identify opportunities to improve adoption and outcomes.
• Provide product expertise and mentorship to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and support retention.
