• Monitor the status and soundness of gaming systems and guarantee seamless functionality.

• Prepare and report daily activities and incidents promptly and accurately.
• Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Record activities and archive daily logs meticulously.
• Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Control Room Manager to ensure seamless operations.
