• Participate in testing and provide feedback on performance.
• Open production tickets for system issues and drive resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values.
• Stay current on new developments and procedures.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Control Room Manager for operations.
• Provide outstanding customer support to address client concerns.
