Job summary

Main Event is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on the games floor, ensuring guests have a safe, fun experience. You’ll be knowledgeable about our games and entertainment options, offering recommendations based on guest interests and needs while monitoring safety and maintenance.

As part of the team, you will stock and clean games, assist with point redemption questions, perform minor repairs, and collaborate with the Technical Team to report wear and tear.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and passion for delivering fun experiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked.
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment.
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
