Job summary

Main Event is looking for friendly Games Attendants to be the welcoming face on the games floor. You will guide Guests, explain game options, and keep all attractions clean, stocked, and safe. You’ll also help Guests redeem points and assist with minor repairs while coordinating with the technical team to report issues.

This role includes opening, mid-shift, or closing duties. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, enjoy helping others, and can work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Engage with Guests and promote FUN experiences.
• Monitor games areas (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Rock Climbing) for safety and stock.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice areas clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs on games and gear.
• Report wear and damage to Technical Team.
• Handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
