Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You are tech-savvy, outgoing, and able to recommend games and entertainment options to guests while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You will monitor activities like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and more, assist with prize redemptions, perform minor repairs, and cooperate with the Technical Team to maintain equipment. Join us and help create FUN memories for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and a willingness to help.
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things.
• Teamwork is essential and collaboration with others is expected.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Making sure the games and Winners Choice are clean and stocked.
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment.
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN.
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
