Main Event Entertainment is hiring a Games Attendant to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience on the games floor. You will monitor activities, maintain equipment, and assist guests with questions about prize redemption, while following safety protocols and brand standards.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and willingness to learn new games and systems, with opportunities to grow as part of an expanding center and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to FUN.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor events (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing) for safety and stock.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and memorable service.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs on games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear and tear to the Technical Team; communicate issues promptly.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards; embody FUN as a brand ambassador.
• Greet guests and engage with them; assist with opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
