Job summary

Main Event is looking for friendly Games Attendants in Plano to keep our game floor running smoothly and safely. You will be the friendly face guiding guests, explaining game options and helping with winner's rewards.

You’ll monitor equipment, assist with questions, and partner with the technical team to report wear and tear while upholding our high safety standards. You should be comfortable with technology, ready to learn, and able to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends in

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to engage with guests and provide exceptional service.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new things.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities and ensure games are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide memorable experiences and exceptional service.
• Assist guests with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and equipment as needed.
• Report wear and tear to the Technical Team and maintain safety standards.
• Welcome guests and engage as an ambassador of FUN.
• Take opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
