Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to help drive fun on the games floor. You will be tech‑savvy, outgoing and capable of recommending experiences based on Guest interests and needs; monitor safety protocols and answer questions about prizes and redemptions.

You will keep attractions stocked and clean, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with the Technical Team to report wear and tear. This role rewards teamwork and a vibrant, guest‑focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and friendly attitude.
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things.
• Teamwork is essential; able to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor games and activities to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Keep games and Winner's Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment to Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all guests; be an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest's interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe


• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service


• Making sure the games and Winner's Choice are clean and stocked


• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption


• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests


• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)


• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)


• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!


• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
