Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to be the focal point on the games floor. You will guide guests, explain game options, and help with point redemptions while keeping areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include monitoring activities, performing minor repairs, and communicating with the Technical Team. The role requires availability for days, nights, and weekends in a busy entertainment center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Savvy with technology and willing to learn new skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication with guests and staff.

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest's interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

What will you be doing daily?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner's Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

Position Requirements

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends

Salary Range: 14 - 15.5
