Job summary

Main Event Entertainment seeks a friendly, tech-savvy Games Attendant to staff the games floor and create unforgettable guest experiences. You will know our games and entertainment options, make informed recommendations, and help guests redeem rewards while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You will collaborate with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and assist with minor repairs, while providing engaging, energetic service and welcoming every guest as a FUN ambassador.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor laser tag, mini golf, gravity ropes, escape rooms, gel blasters, and rock climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide memorable guest experiences with exceptional service.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist guests with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs on games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear and tear to the Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests, acting as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guests' interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
