Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant in Louisville to energize guests on our games floor. You’ll know our games, help guests choose experiences, and ensure safety and cleanliness. You’ll perform opening/closing duties and collaborate with the Technical Team to report wear and tear.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, guest-focused, and enjoy delivering memorable FUN moments. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is required; prior experience is a plus. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and a passion for delivering fun.
• Technological savviness and willingness to learn new things.
• Strong teamwork and communication with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and stock games and attractions, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent guest service and help with questions on prizes and redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with the Technical Team to report wear and damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and engage guests warmly.
• Handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties as required.

Job description

Job Description: At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends

Salary Range: 7.25 - 14
