Job summary

Main Event offers a Games Attendant role on the games floor. You will be responsible for monitoring activities, ensuring equipment is clean and safe, and providing exceptional guest service to create FUN memories. You will assist guests with redemptions, perform minor repairs, and collaborate with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear.

You are an ambassador of FUN and may work opening, mid-day, or closing shifts. We value guest focus, willingness to learn, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and willingness to learn new things.
• Able to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to keep them stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences for Guests.
• Keep games and Winner's Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear or damage to games to the Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards and engage with Guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties and welcome Guests.

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest's interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner's Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN! Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required

• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
