Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant in Greensboro, NC to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You will be tech-savvy, friendly, and ready to help guests have FUN, while ensuring games are safe, clean, and well stocked.

You will monitor attractions, assist with prize redemptions, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with the Technical Team on wear and damage. Flexible hours and a lively team await.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.

• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things.
• Teamwork is essential, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing) for safety and stock.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and equipment as needed.
• Report wear and damage to the Technical Team; communicate clearly.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards; be an ambassador of FUN.
• Welcome and engage with guests; handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
