Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to lead guests on our games floor. You are tech-savvy, outgoing, and capable of creating FUN memories by knowing our games and entertainment options, and recommending activities based on guests’ interests.

You will monitor activities, ensure safety, stock and clean games, assist with prize redemptions, perform minor repairs, and collaborate with the Technical Team. Join us to help guests create memorable moments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and passion for guest experiences.
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things.
• Strong teamwork and communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing) for safety and readiness.
• Provide exceptional guest service to create memorable experiences.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear and damage to games or equipment to the Tech Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet guests and engage as an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
