Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Albuquerque is seeking a Games Attendant to keep the games floor fun, clean and safe. You’ll greet Guests, explain game options, stock and sanitize equipment, and assist with point redemption while delivering top-notch service.

You’ll work with the Technical Team to report wear, perform light repairs, and help open or close shifts. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a welcoming, high-energy experience that makes memories and keeps guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging with Guests, acting as an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitoring Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes and Rock Climbing for safety and stock.
• Providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
• Keeping games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Reporting wear-and-tear and damage to games to the Technical Team.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
