Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to join our vibrant team on the Games floor. You will engage Guests, explain our games and redemption options, and help create FUN memories while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Daily duties include welcoming guests, stocking and cleaning games, assisting with questions about rewards, and coordinating with the Technical Team for any repairs. Great for individuals who enjoy teamwork and fast-paced, fun environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to engage guests.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new things.
• Strong communication with management, team members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitor activities like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to keep them stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Ensure games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked.
• Assist guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear or damage to games/equipment to Technical Team.
• Carry out opening, mid-day or closing duties.

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
