Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Quincy, IL is hiring servers to join the front-of-house team. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure a high-energy, friendly service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 21 years of age with alcohol service certifications as required by state law and BWW policy. Prior serving or customer service experience is preferred; ability to work with the team to keep the dining room running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
• Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Knowledge of Buffalo Wild Wings food and beverage menu and ability to make suggestions to Guests and up-sell.
• Knowledgeable of current marketing initiatives and up-coming events to inform Guests.
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve Guests.
