Qualifications

• Past retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, home games, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance representing the Fanatics brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions using Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
