The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays, and home games. You will represent the Fanatics brand with professionalism and collaborate with the team to drive sales and fan engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to tailor the shopping experience.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help ensure fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience and brand connection.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Deliver professional customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and Team/League.
• Collaborate with management on additional responsibilities as directed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes or fan experiences and adapt quickly.
